Since 2008, I’ve worked with companies of all sizes to get results from their marketing.
My first job in marketing came as a fluke while working as the executive assistant to the board of directors at a major security manufacturing company. After $30 million disappeared from the company after our IPO. My job went from taking notes at meetings and booking flights for the directors to spearheading a marketing initiative to change the digital narrative about the trustworthiness and credibility of the company.
My team made it happen in six months.
In 2014 I fell in love with real estate and worked my way through brokerage administrative ranks to land managing the marketing for some of the highest volume teams and agents in the Ottawa real estate world.
I’ve worked with brands such as Keller Williams, Royal Lepage, and RE/MAX in those roles.
Three years later, I took a leap of faith and started my business HR Marketing and Management while finishing the educational requirements for my own real estate license.
My goal was to provide the highest quality of marketing services to real estate businesses and high-end personal brands. Ethics and results are my top priorities.

Originally determined to work as a sports writer, Sophie pursued an education in journalism.
After working as a reporter for a major daily newspaper, Sophie branched out to explore new niches and interests she never knew she had. And we’re grateful to have her writing expertise on our team.
